TeamHand

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 5, 2026

What TeamHand is

TeamHand is a software product operated by Spike Labs, Inc. (“Spike Labs,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation. The TeamHand mobile and web apps help engineering teams ship — drafting changes, coordinating reviews, taking actions you approve. Assistant responses are generated by large language models and may be incomplete or incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing actions before approving them.

TeamHand is not a substitute for a professional. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. If your question calls for one of those, please consult a qualified professional.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using TeamHand, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TeamHand (or 16 in jurisdictions where that is the minimum age for digital consent). You may not use the service on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Your account

You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Notify us at support@spikelabsinc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

TeamHand may offer optional paid subscriptions through the App Store, Google Play, or web checkout. Pricing and renewal terms are shown on the paywall before you purchase. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in your device settings; web subscriptions are managed from your account page.

Refund policy: App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by their respective refund policies. Web subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current period. (Counsel: replace with finalized policy before launch.)

What you may not do

  • Use TeamHand to harass, coerce, or surveil another identifiable person.
  • Attempt to extract medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice for high-stakes decisions.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service, or access it through automated agents without our written permission.
  • Use the service to generate content that violates the law or a third party’s rights.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you create in TeamHand. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models without your explicit opt-in.

Disclaimers

TeamHand is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spike Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the app or any output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your particular situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spike Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of TeamHand. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using TeamHand and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to yourself or others.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Counsel: replace with finalized governing-law and dispute-resolution language.)

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll let you know in-app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use TeamHand after the change means you accept the updated terms.
